Brian Bellamy

Brian is a high school technology and political science teacher.Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Mercer University and a Juris Doctorate in Law at Walter F. George School of Law. Brian currently teaches in a South Georgia high school where students benefit from a 1:1 Chromebook program and the system seeks to blend technology with learning across the entire K-12 curriculum. In addition to teaching, Brian is a website develop and a practicing attorney as an owner at Clark & Bellamy, P.C. where he specializes in the area of Intellectual Property Law and represents Georgia as a Special Assistant Attorney General. Brian began teaching as an adjunct at Mercer University, with involvement in FIRST Lego League, and as a volunteer coach of the Scholar’s Speech and Debate Team. His engineering and law background supports his interest in presenting students rigorous educational programs that use technology as a tool for education, as well teach technology and critical thinking to students. Brian’s mission is to “challenge every student to believe in themselves and to find the persistent search for knowledge and truth a worthy enterprise.”
